Great to meet you!

I have been a a therapist for almost 5 years, and in that time I have worked with clients of all ages (5-77 years old!), and I have worked with clients with many diverse identities and backgrounds. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and family/relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives. Therefore, my approach is client-centered and strengths-oriented. I am here to help support and navigate the stuff that feels to heavy to carry alone.

What you can expect from me

I also operate from a solution-focused frame of therapy. This means that we will set goals early on in your treatment, and we will check in and work towards those goals throughout therapy. I strive to individualize treatment to meet the needs and goals of each of my clients.
