Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the field, using my skills in both direct practice and leadership. Most of my work has been with children and families facing trauma, guiding them through daunting times with support, practical tools, and education. I am passionate about helping people discover their strengths after trauma through crisis intervention, resources, and compassionate care.

My approach to therapy

I take a generalist approach to therapy in order to meet the client where they're at. I'm easy-going, light-hearted, and just a regular human being. I work to empower clients toward change, encourage them to push through discomfort, and help them accept and learn from their mistakes.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, I meet you where you are, listen deeply, and create space for you to be fully yourself. I validate and normalize your experiences while gently challenging you toward growth. I use a client centered, solution focused, strengths based approach to support anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, burnout, self esteem, boundaries, and major life changes. Together, we will work toward healing and lasting change.
