Great to meet you!

Mental health matters. It's as important as your physical health. In an encouraging and supportive environment, my clients and I work together to acknowledge, accept and adjust through life changes and challenges that arise.

As a mother, therapist and former school counselor, with over 23 years in the field, I truly understand what it is like to be on all sides.

My approach to therapy

No two individuals are alike and while I see many clients that struggle with similar concerns, I take an individual approach with each person. What works for one person, may not work for another. My goal from the very first session is to build a strong rapport and support my clients in building practical and sustainable strategies that will work best for them.

What you can expect from me

My goal for each client is to end each session feeling empowered to manage current challenges and stressors. By creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment, clients develop motivation and resilience to begin growth and healing. Every person deserves to feel understood, seen and heard.
