Great to meet you!

For the last 19+ years I've helped some of New York's bravest, most creative beings dial down/alleviate distress of many flavors, shapes and sizes.

My approach to therapy

Using my own psychedelic brew of EMDR Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Focusing, CBT, psychospiritual exploration and irreverent humor, I help clients wrestle with trauma, Big Questions and day-to-day concerns.

Trauma and distress live in your body, so that's where we'll begin. And your body lives in various spaces. What's the point of trying to dig in the dirt of your depression if you're walking around with untreated anemia or sub-clinical thyroid functioning - or living in a moldy apartment - that's making you foggy and fatigued?

What you can expect from me

Let's throw everything we have at it. Healing comes from everywhere if you're paying attention. Dance, books, music, nature, friends, strangers, food, sex, good times, bad times, dreamscapes and more importantly - from inside of you.

Talk to me about you. What's working, what's not working. What you want more or less of and what's in the way. Who you want to become. How you'd like to be remembered. I'm listening.
