Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Bringing nearly 900 clinical encounters across specialized residencies, I offer expert, patient-centered care grounded in a strengths-based, advocacy-driven approach. My virtual practice focuses on reproductive women's mental health, adult ADHD, depression, and mood and anxiety disorders. I am dedicated to guiding clients through complex diagnoses with evidence-based medication management and compassionate, individualized care.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to care, ensuring every client feels heard, validated, and actively involved in their treatment journey. My practice combines evidence-based psychopharmacology with supportive, executive function coaching and tailored lifestyle strategies. I specialize in supporting women through reproductive transitions—including PMDD, perinatal care, and menopause—as well as adults managing ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Together, we will navigate complex symptoms to build a sustainable, individual treatment plan that aligns with your personal wellness goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where I take the time to deeply understand your unique history, current challenges, and personal goals. I place a strong emphasis on active listening and open dialogue, ensuring you have a safe, nonjudgmental space to share your story without feeling rushed. Together, we will discuss diagnostic insights and review potential treatment paths, weighing evidence-based medication options alongside tailored lifestyle and coping strategies. By the end of our appointment, we will have established a collaborative, individualized roadmap for your care, leaving you with clarity on our next steps and complete confidence in your treatment plan.
