Hello! My name is Jill and I work with clients somatically (body-based), relationally, and with mindful, compassionate presence. I special in PTSD, trauma, childhood sexual abuse survivors and veterans.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate methods such as IFS, Hakomi, and mindfulness into session that honor a client's individual pace and process. You are your own healer and I enjoy holding a safe and compassionate space for you to connect more deeply with yourself.

Our first session will include connecting with each other and working together on goals and hopes for your time in therapy. It is a collaborate process and it is an honor for me to support clients wherever they are in their journey.
