Great to meet you!

I chose the path of therapy because I am passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves during challenging times. I believe counseling offers the support, insight, and practical tools needed to navigate life’s stressors and build greater emotional resilience. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can deepen self-awareness, process past wounds, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with teens and adults using evidence-based approaches such as EFT and CBT to address mood, attachment, trauma, and adjustment concerns. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and reading, and I look forward to exploring how I can support you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin building a strong therapeutic foundation. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant background that helps me better understand your experiences. I will ask thoughtful questions to clarify your goals and what you hope to gain from our work together. Together, we will begin identifying initial goals, whether that’s improving mood, strengthening relationships, processing past experiences, or developing healthier coping strategies. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
