Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jill. I have been a licensed therapist since 2012. In the last 13 years I have worked in many settings, including a treatment center, hospital, school, and outpatient practice. In that time, I have learned a lot about the challenges we face as humans. But most importantly I have learned that in addition to coping with life's sttuggles, we also need to find purpose and meaning in these experiences moving forward.

My goal as a therapist is to be authentic, kind, and committed to your wellbeing. I strive to provide a space where you feel comfortable being honest with yourself and with me.

My approach to therapy

I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. My foundation begins with unconditional positive regard for every person that walks in the door. I meet you where you are at, and we go from there.

What you can expect from me

The goal of your first session will be to determine if we are a good fit, and begin explore what your hopes and goals may be for therapy. You can share as little or as much as you feel comfortable, and ask any questions you may have.
