Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jill. You’ll usually find Legos in my office and coffee in my hand. I work with kids, teens, adults, and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by daily challenges. I have advanced training in counseling and education, with a special focus on ADHD, behavior change, and parenting support. As both a therapist and a parent, I understand how messy real life can be, and I bring humor, compassion, and practical strategies into my work. My hope is to help you feel steadier, more confident, and less alone as you navigate everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and supportive, with care tailored to each person’s unique needs. I use an integrative style that looks at the whole person rather than just one part of the problem. I often include family systems work, especially when supporting children. I draw from evidence-based strategies that work well for ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and family stress. Therapy with me is not about being perfect. It’s about finding what works for you at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will get to know each other in a calm, supportive space focused on understanding what you need to be successful. You can share what’s been going on and what you hope will feel better in your life. We will talk about your goals, strengths, and any challenges that may be getting in the way. There is no pressure to have the right words. I will help guide the conversation. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and clear about next steps.
