Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in Arizona. I received my Bachelor of Arts in 2007 and Master's in Counseling in 2020. I am a Southern California native and transplant to AZ. My career path has been unconventional and given me perspective on how life is not linear. I have lived experience that helps me to provide empathy and understanding to many life issues.

I have a background as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Mental Health Counselor working for more than 10 years with individuals with disabilities and serious mental illness. I have been trained to help a wide variety of diagnoses with the best approach to each specific individual.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with a person-centered foundation and builds treatment around each individual. I want to build trust and affirm the experiences of every person I treat. I will make treatment recommendations and make adjustments until we find the best path forward. I believe each person is on their own journey and my role is to walk alongside them and help them find their best path. My goal is that each person can find resilience and rediscover the joy life has to offer.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling validated and understood. My hope is that a little perspective and some new skills can help every individual build a life worth living.
