Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m here to support you on your journey, wherever it may take you. Since graduating from NYU in 2013, I’ve built a career that I’m deeply passionate about: helping people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

I believe that each person has a unique set of strengths, experiences, and abilities. My role is to help you uncover and build on those strengths while introducing evidence-based skills and therapeutic approaches that can support meaningful change. My goal is for therapy to be a place where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward helping you develop a stronger sense of security within yourself and the tools to navigate whatever life brings your way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and guided by each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and I see my role as creating a safe, supportive space where we can openly communicate about what is and isn’t working for you. As your needs evolve, I adjust our work together so that therapy continues to feel relevant and meaningful.

I am trained in EMDR through the EMDR Institute and draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I may incorporate different strategies and techniques depending on what feels most helpful for you.

Ultimately, I want therapy to be a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can begin to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. My priority is for you to feel heard, understood, and validated while we begin getting to know one another. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas you’d like to explore or work on. Most importantly, I want you to feel that therapy is a collaborative process and that we can move at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.
