Great to meet you!

I am Jill Hollandsworth, MA, LMFT, a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater connection, healing, and resilience. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Military Families from National University and have experience working with trauma, attachment wounds, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational, compassionate, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Brainspotting, attachment-focused interventions, and systemic family therapy. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, process difficult experiences, and build healthier patterns. I work from a relational and systemic lens, specializing in trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Using approaches such as Brainspotting, attachment-focused therapy, and family systems work, I help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment during their first session. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable sharing their story at their own pace while we begin building trust and connection. During the first session, we will explore current concerns, discuss goals for therapy, and identify areas of focus to create a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and strengths.
