Great to meet you!

I’m a Clinical Social Worker and an Accredited Financial Counselor. Beyond my professional roles, I’m a spouse, step-mom, critter rescuer, and an open-minded, compassionate person. My passion is helping women navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s life-stage transitions, relationship dynamics, or shifting unhelpful mindsets that may be holding you back.

My approach to therapy

My therapy mindset is strength-based, solution-focused, and eclectic, while always grounded in evidence-based practices. My goal is to find the approach that best suits your unique needs. Depending on what works best for you, I might incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are warm, conversational, and centered on what’s happening in your life. Our discussions often lead to personalized short questionnaires or goal-setting exercises for you to complete before our next session, designed to deepen our work together. This after-session work helps us build momentum and focus as we explore your feelings and experiences. However, if homework isn’t your thing, that’s perfectly okay too! We’ll tailor the process to what feels right for you.
