Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years of direct clinical experience. I work remotely at this time, and blend cognitive behavioral techniques with psychodynamic techniques, including dream work (if interested). I work with adults with a wide range of challenges. I cannot make your anxiety disappear; however, I can help you change your relationship to it.

My approach to therapy

I am solidly trained and experienced in the CBTs (DBT, ACT, etc), but I also work with unconscious processes such as dreams and mindless behaviors. I use a lot of mindfulness, or “awareness” training to help you identify the patterns and behaviors you want to change.

What you can expect from me

My ear, a lot of questions, and a brief formulation of what I think is going on and how I might help you. You will have the opportunity to speak first and take the lead, or you may defer that to me.
