Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, working with mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps process trauma and distress more efficiently. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapies. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique story.

I provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism or shame. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work to build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I take an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, meaning your treatment is tailored specifically to your needs and goals. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” method, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to support your growth.

My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about empowering you to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, exploring your current challenges, and identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll collaborate with you to establish meaningful, realistic goals tailored to your needs, whether that’s improving coping skills, processing past experiences, or creating more balance in your life. My approach is gentle, client-centered, and focused on helping you feel safe, heard, and understood from the very beginning. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and a foundation for moving forward together.
