Great to meet you!

I chose this career path out of a love for people- hearing their unique stories, their dreams, and even their struggle and pain. Through my training to get my Masters in Clinical Psychology and my 16 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I not only get to listen to the experiences of my clients but am able to walk with them through their experiences and towards living their best life on their own terms.

My approach to therapy

Finding the right therapist is imperative to reaching your goals. This should be someone who you feel a connection to and can trust. I use a holistic approach- addressing the whole person- physical, mental, and spiritual. My style is down to earth and relaxed. I use several techniques in therapy, but you can trust me to be attuned to using only what you need. I am strength based and empowering in my approach.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are a mom experiencing stress, living with depression or anxiety, or someone who wants to work thru past trauma, I want you to leave our sessions with renewed hope. Hope that you will have healing, reach your goals and live a high-quality life. I want you to gain understanding and love of yourself through new insights and challenging your perspective and destructive core beliefs. You will have new skills and habits that will help you live the healthiest version of yourself.
