Great to meet you!

I am a mother, clinician, and mediator with 8 years of practicing Motivational Interviewing and 10 years of connecting families to resources. I have previously worked as a teacher, Home-Based Family Therapist, Intensive Care Coordinator, residential counselor, and facilitator of Family Therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If you want to make a change in your life and are seeking short-term support to make long-term changes, I am ready to work with you. I am passionate about Motivational Interviewing as I believe you are the expert in knowing what is going to work best for you. Together we can create a plan that you design, that works for your needs and schedule, and that will lead to changes you are seeking. I look forward to working with you for a single session or for as many sessions as you would like to celebrate and honor the changes you are striving for in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I am also here to champion any parents or caregivers who would like to explore a new way of parenting, who want to be connected to resources to support yourself and your children in a way that feels authentic to you and your vision of the parent you want to be.
