Great to meet you!
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. I bring not only professional expertise educated at Pepperdine University with a Masters Degree in Psychology but also real-life experience that allows me to connect with my clients in a meaningful way. I’ve navigated my own challenges, growth, and transitions, which gives me a unique perspective on resilience and change. My background in psychology, mediation, and high-stakes negotiations has shaped my ability to help clients work through complex emotions, relationship dynamics, and life’s inevitable ups and downs with both insight and practicality.
My approach is warm, direct, and engaged. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe and supported, but also challenged to grow. We work at your pace, but we work. I don’t believe in passive therapy—this is an active process where you’ll gain self-awareness, develop new tools, and take meaningful steps forward. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, life transitions, or relationship struggles, I’ll help you navigate them with a combination of compassion and real-world strategies that lead to lasting change.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to helping people find clarity, confidence, and strength. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to build the life you want. If you're ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
