Great to meet you!

From the miracle of birth to the depths of the human psyche, I've spent my career in awe of our capacity for resilience and growth. As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner, I've learned that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and empowered. If you're a child, teen, or family navigating mental health challenges, I'm here to help you find the light. With a background in labor and delivery nursing, community health, and family medicine, I bring a holistic lens to psychiatric care. I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and curiosity to unlock the wisdom within your symptoms and guide you towards lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and grounded, but clear and practical. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and explain the “why.” Medication is one tool, not the default, and I avoid heavy polypharmacy. I use “start low, go slow,” reassess often, and aim for the simplest plan that helps. When it’s useful, we also look at sleep, nutrition, labs, and vitamin levels.

What you can expect from me

As a nurse and a mom of three I understand the challenges families face. I bring a steady presence and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. In our work, you can expect honest guidance, shared decisions, and a genuine belief in your capacity for healing. Reach out to schedule your first appointment—let's explore how we can work together.
