Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile and for considering me to help you meet your therapeutic goals! My approach is to understand you, your background, your strengths, desire for change, and help you take control of your life and situation. I would love the opportunity to partner with you to take charge and improve your health and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

No client is the same as another. That is why it is important for me to take the time to get to know you, where you come from, and what you want to accomplish. I typically approach treatment plans from a holistic view and I am able to adapt my approach to ensure our goals and objectives meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

So much in our lives seem to be out of our control or we feel stuck trying to overcome a major challenge. I want you to gain the tools and abilities to take control of your life, overcome the things that are getting in your way and grow to achieve your goals and feel whole.
