Great to meet you!

Looking to engage in therapy can be an overwhelming experience, whether it's your first session ever or you're returning to care, it doesn't have to be a scary endeavor!

Have you been struggling with your mood?

Or maybe a lack of focus or motivation? Feeling unappreciated or unseen?

Feeling as though one more thing going awry could bust the already full balloon that is your head?

Let's find solutions together!

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built upon a strong therapeutic alliance which allows the client to feel both supported and empowered.

With over 10 years experience as a therapist and a M.S. in Forensic Psychology, I have spent years helping my clients learn new, healthy coping skills, identifying problematic behaviors and negative self-esteem, while working towards increasing insight and understanding into root causes and living a better quality of life!

My approach to therapy

I utilize an approach that is solution-focused and client-centered with interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. My counseling style is one that is warm, welcoming, open-minded, and interactive. I believe that all living creatures deserve to be treated with respect, understanding, sensitivity, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

Providing a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment for a client is of paramount importance. A client can expect to feel heard, supported, and respected throughout our process.
