Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner qualified to practice in psychiatry and diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, and adults.

My practice specialties/passions include substance use disorders, LGBQTIA+ concerns, ADHD, anxiety, and domestic abuse.

“When we meet real tragedy in life, we can react in two ways--either by losing hope and falling into self-destructive habits or by using the challenge to find our inner strength.”

A bit about my approach to therapy

My exposure to various specialties, exceptional mentors, and thriving healthcare organizations has offered me ample opportunities for experience that I can share with you on our journey together. You can expect a humanistic and grounded approach in our sessions. You can equally expect warmth and compassion as much as candid suggestions for sustainable change.

What you can expect from our first session

I am focused on a collaborative and personalized style of practice. I incorporate my passion for psychiatry, knowledge of evidence-based medications, and current research-based therapy modalities to serve your specific needs.

Our first meeting will be a no-pressure session with a handful of questions about your health history, lifestyle, and any distressing symptoms you may be experiencing. We will then develop a treatment plan to get you on your way to a stable and happy life.
