I am a Licensed Clinical and School Psychologist who has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults . I provide individual therapy both in-person and online. My areas of expertise include child and adolescent therapy, depression, anxiety, ADHD, giftedness, school and learning problems, relationship issues, family conflict, grief and loss, stress management, and parenting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is very eclectic and depends on the needs on the client. I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques including Talk Therapy, Psychodynamic, Developmental, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Expressive Arts, Parent Coaching/Support and Play Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I see each client as unique and tailor treatment to fit the needs of each individual. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them learn to solve the problems and face the challenges that brought them into my office. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients learn coping skills and gain a better understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the communities in which they live.
