Great to meet you!

My goal is to build a strong therapeutic bond with you so that we can discover your strengths together and use those to live a happy and healthy life. I learn as much, or more, from my clients as they do from me. In my practice no topic is off limit from sex to politics. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking about anything and everything.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to offer a highly personalized approach that fits your style and preferences. I include DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused, and Attachment-based therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to take away a couple of things from a session with me. First and foremost is that in me you have someone who listens, cares, and offers support. And second I hope you take away insight about yourself that you may not have had before. I hope you walk away with a curious mind and want to discover more about yourself.
