Great to meet you!

I am a neuroaffirming person and therapist. i am diagnosed AudHd. I believe trauma is stored in the nervous system, not just the mind, so healing goes beyond talk therapy. I integrate IFS therapy to help you find balance in your system. I am Level 2 trained. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in honoring neurodivergent experiences.

My approach to therapy

You deserve to know your own story. You deserve to feel understood, heard, and acknowledged. Join me in exploring your life story, and find healing along the way. The method for gaining access to your system involves compassion, curiosity, and kindness. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a model designed to help individuals understand themselves, allowing for an exploration of the interactions among the different parts of one’s identity. By becoming familiar with your parts, understanding their protective roles, and recognizing their motivations, you can uncover the underlying truths of your behaviors and decisions. Addressing these root causes is essential for fostering healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is focused on creating safety, connection, and understanding. I use an interview style intake to get to know you, your family system, current symptoms, strengths, and goals for therapy. We'll begin exploring the patterns and protective parts that show up in your life and start building a personalized parts map together. My approach is collaborative, neuro-affirming, and paced to support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it.
