Great to meet you!

Much of my work has focused on helping people navigate addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I believe you are the expert on your own story, and I recognize the courage it takes to begin considering change. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and respect, helping you rediscover hope, build resilience, and create meaningful progress. Taking that first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life is an act of courage, and I’m here to support and empower you throughout your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you explore patterns, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and comfortable enough to laugh along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, answer any questions you have, and begin creating a plan that supports your goals.
