I have been practicing as a licensed counselor in school and community settings since 2017. I have been trained in CBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and IFS techniques and specialize in working with school age children and their adults, as well as supporting parents or guardians individually.

My approach to therapy draws on a client's creativity and imagination. As the owner of Play It Forward Counseling, I encourage children and adults alike to trust in their abilities and strengths through play, talk, and creative expression. No one is ever too old to connect through play!
