Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with a focus on psychodynamic and somatic psychotherapies. I received my MA in Counseling from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I help individuals who are seeking to address issues related to relationships (including friendships, romantic partnerships and family), codependency, perfectionism, anxiety, religious trauma, and stage of life confusion.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients holistically, working with the mind by addressing and challenging unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, as well as giving attention to somatic (body) symptoms and behaviors. Through an approach that is both accepting and challenging, I help clients to see blind spots and become more aware of unconscious experience.

What you can expect from me

A typical first session consists of building rapport and getting a holistic understanding of the client's life experience, and, if appropriate, giving attention to family background and narratives that may be contributing to current levels of functioning.
