Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health and school counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in both school and clinical settings. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My background in school counseling helps me understand the real-life challenges students and families face day to day. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based. I help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while building practical coping skills they can use in everyday life. I often integrate mindfulness, emotional regulation, and solution-focused strategies. My goal is for therapy to feel safe, helpful, and grounded in real-life change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a welcoming space to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and strengths at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I also explain how therapy works and answer any questions you may have. Clients can expect to leave feeling supported, understood, and a bit clearer about next steps.
