I’m Jillian Caldwell, LCSW, founder of Sacred Path Counseling, offering trauma-informed therapy in Arizona. I work with adults worn down by trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, or attachment wounds—often high-functioning outside but stuck in survival mode inside. They seek steady, collaborative healing, understanding, and not quick fixes.
My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and faith-integrated modalities, including EMDR, IFS-informed work, and nervous system regulation strategies.
Many of my clients are high-achieving but exhausted — people who have spent years taking care of everyone else and are now learning how to receive care, set boundaries, and feel safe in their own bodies.
I also enjoy working with spiritually minded individuals, including those healing from religious trauma or seeking to reconnect faith and mental health in a grounded, compassionate way.
My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I believe healing happens through safety, honesty, and connection — not perfection. Together, we’ll work to build a sense of steadiness and self-trust that allows you to live with more peace, purpose, and authenticity.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing begins with safety, both in your body and in the therapeutic relationship. I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, attachment theory, and parts work (IFS-informed) to help clients process painful experiences and reconnect with a sense of inner stability and worth.
I also draw from mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and faith integration when it aligns with a client’s values. I see therapy as a collaborative space where we gently explore patterns of survival that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck. My role is to help you move from self-blame and exhaustion toward grounded self-trust, emotional clarity, and freedom to live in alignment with your authentic self.
Our first session is about creating a sense of safety and getting to know you, not rushing into solutions or deep processing. I will ask about what has been bringing you in, what support has or has not worked in the past, and what you are hoping to gain from therapy. Together, we will start mapping the patterns, stressors, and strengths that shape your story.
You can expect a calm and compassionate space where you do not have to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you leave that first session feeling seen, understood, and a little more hopeful, with a clear sense of what our work together might look like moving forward.
