Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with more than 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges and changes. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can talk openly, gain new perspectives, and develop practical strategies for reaching your personal goals. I especially enjoy working with adults and providing support to adults experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, grief, and challenges with balancing the many demands of everyday life. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together toward meaningful changes that feel realistic for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, so we’ll work together to understand what has brought you to counseling, recognize your strengths, and identify strategies that fit your needs and goals. I focus on creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself while also feeling encouraged to grow and make meaningful changes. My experience includes helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, grief, self-esteem, and the challenge of balancing work, family, school, and other responsibilities.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to counseling. I’ll help you identify and create clear, meaningful, and realistic goals based on what is most important to you. From there, we’ll work together to explore realistic strategies and specific steps that can help you reach those goals, while building on the strengths and resources you already have. My goal is to create a counseling relationship where you feel heard, supported, and confident that we are working together toward meaningful change.
