Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with teens, young adults, and middle-aged adults on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a special interest in supporting clients with eating disorders, body image, and body positivity, including HAES approaches, and offer family-based support when helpful. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I create a warm, laid-back environment where you can feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, while also gently challenging you to step out of your comfort zone to create real, lasting change. I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to our work, which helps me truly connect with clients and understand the challenges you may be facing. My focus is on supporting you in a compassionate, non-judgmental way while helping you grow, build skills, and feel more empowered in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for you to share your story and for us to get to know each other. We’ll review your treatment goals and start exploring ways to work toward them. In each session, we’ll collaborate on building concrete tools and coping skills that you can practice and use on your own, empowering you to make real changes in your life. My goal is to create a supportive, safe space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to grow.
