Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with women who are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, anxiety or depression. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people pleasing, or putting others first before themselves.

Together, we look at what’s working in your life and what may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed or drained. From there, we create realistic goals that help you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and bring more peace back into your daily routine. Clients can expect through the process to create stronger boundaries, improve mood, and increase clarity with themselves and the way they see the world.

I am licensed in both CA & TX, and love to see clients remotely for virtual sessions. In addition to my clinical experience, I also have a background in world religious studies, have a passion for all things creative, and love seeing clients from various cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+, college students, recent grads, working moms, and young professionals.

Whether you are starting therapy for the first time, returning, or looking for a better fit, all are welcome.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative treatment approach utilizing a mix of CBT, Attachment, and Neurobiology to help clients learn new ways of managing symptoms and showing up for themselves. I strive to ensure you feel seen, heard, and respected throughout the entire process.

We will often learn practical tools like solution focused strategies to discover new ways of coping with stress or CBT strategies, to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. I am also trained in trauma informed care, DBT, and mindfulness based techniques and will often pull from a mix of disciplines to best tailor my approach to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My style is collaborative, gentle, and reassuring. You will never be rushed in the process and can show up exactly as you are today. During our first session, you can expect a safe space to share your worries, struggles, and accomplishments. My goal is to understand your history, share about my approach, and get to know your unique story. We will then set goals together on what you want to work on most and track progress together.
