Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with managing work or school stress, feeling burned out, exhausted by worry or wanting to explore deeper past wounds that keep coming up time and time again, I offer a secure space space to reflect, process, and create new healthier habits together. I have a passion for working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, managing stress and major life transitions who are seeking a safe space to process, heal and grow. If you are wanting to create meaningful change in a safe and non judgmental way, signing up for an intake session can be the first step. As an LMFT, I also help clients that are struggling with major life changes (starting college, marriage, infertility, divorce, career shifts, pregnancy), LGBTQ+ clients, and those who are looking for some extra support to feel safe, understood, seen, and empowered. I see clients remotely each week in CA and TX.

My approach to therapy

I often utilize a mix of CBT, attachment, and neurobiology to help clients learn new ways of showing up for themselves and learning new coping skills for the brain that can be utilized for a lifetime. I always take a very collaborative approach with clients where we can create space for you to experience an environment filled with acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, as you are the expert on yourself. Together we will figure out what is working well, (what maybe isn't, AKA doomscrolling), and come up with solutions and goals we can work on together, every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I take a collaborative approach with clients where we can learn different ways of coping, being, and living in a consistently supportive and non judgmental environment. We will work on creating goals together, establishing a strong relationship based on trust and respect and work towards what matters most to you with more support and accountability.
