My approach to therapy

Jillian uses a humanistic and humorous approach to therapy, allowing for clients to feel comfortable sharing their story. Jillian invites clients to use therapy as a means for discovering themselves, working through past experiences and current barriers, and striving to become the best version of themselves one therapy session at a time.

What you can expect from me

During the first visit with Jillian, the intake paperwork is reviewed and there is a discussion about what brings the client into therapy. From there, we will gather a mental health background, current means of coping, support systems, and goals for care.
