A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialties included life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, and coping difficulties. My training includes Perinatal certification.

What you can expect from our first session

I love meeting new people and believe that therapy can be beneficial for anyone!

I see myself as compassionate, reliable, and empathetic. I am non-judgmental and never force advice. I want my clients to feel comfortable and be able to express themselves. My therapy is client-driven; we work at your pace. Being easygoing, I love hearing the client's point of view. I do my best to offer insights into your life experiences and ways to manage your feelings with a collection of skills and strategies.
