Great to meet you!

Hello there! I'm Jillian. I am warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, creative and funny (at least I think so). I have been helping people for nearly two decades and I have extensive training in several evidence-based practices, including EMDR, EFT Tapping, TF-CBT, and DBT. My specialty is trauma work, but I have also helped clients resolve a wide range of other concerns (see above).

My approach to therapy

I believe our life story is key, and how we interpret our past experiences has great impact on what happens in our present (and future). Therefore, to solve today’s problems, I tend to want to heal yesterday’s wounds, and then help you to create a better tomorrow. My approach is normally structured, but I can also be flexible. I believe that my job is to meet you where you are at, support you in the moment, and help you get to where you want to be (when you're ready).

What you can expect from me

I will help you understand yourself differently, develop new skills, HEAL, and create a more fulfilling future. You can feel better, and I can help. If you think we might be a good fit, please do not hesitate to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
