Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), I specialize in helping individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe in bringing authenticity, humor, and genuine connection into our work together.

My approach to therapy

With a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, behaviors and emotions. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles and trauma-informed care which offers clients the tools and support needed to regulate emotions, build resilience, and move toward healing

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you implement coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I'm here to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity, and at your own pace.
