Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, adhd, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, where I received training in evidence-based and relational approaches to care as well as a specialized degree in Aging and Health Social Work. Since then, I’ve worked in outpatient settings providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples, supporting clients through both acute challenges and longer-term patterns that impact their day-to-day lives and relationships.

In my practice, I’m especially drawn to working with clients who are looking for more than just symptom relief. Many are wanting to better understand themselves, shift long-standing patterns, and feel more grounded and connected in their lives and relationships. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, real, and comfortable enough for that kind of deeper work to happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each person I work with. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, and I’m not someone who will sit back silently or offer surface-level feedback. I show up as an engaged, thoughtful presence and see our work as something we build together over time.

I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, and IFS, integrating these approaches in a way that fits your specific needs and goals. Much of our work will focus on helping you better understand your patterns, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop tools that feel realistic and usable in your day-to-day life.

I tend to work well with clients who are looking for both insight and practical change. That might mean exploring deeper emotional patterns, navigating relationship dynamics, or learning how to respond differently to stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, supportive, and honest, where you can show up fully and begin to move toward meaningful, lasting change. I tend to work with people who carry a lot on their own and don’t always have space for what they’re feeling underneath, which can show up as overwhelm, disconnection, or feeling stuck. Over time, that can start to feel really heavy and isolating.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, understood, and not rushed. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’re hoping might feel different.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and current challenges, but this will feel more like a conversation than anything formal. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

We’ll also begin to get a sense of your goals and what working together might look like. My hope is that you leave the session feeling a bit more at ease and with a clearer sense of next steps.
