Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2019 and have worked in counseling settings with adolescents, young adults, and adults, including new and expecting parents. My clinical approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, with a trauma-informed lens, while remaining client-centered and tailored to each person’s needs and goals. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, and the challenges of becoming a parent, creating a space to better understand themselves and develop meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, while incorporating a trauma-informed lens to better understand how past experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I also prioritize meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to what feels most helpful, whether that means exploring patterns and relationships, working through difficult experiences, or developing new ways of coping and moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and learning more about what you hope to get out of the process. We’ll talk about your current experiences, relationships, and any relevant background, while also beginning to think together about what may be most helpful moving forward. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and like we’re starting to build a space where you can be yourself.
