Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I utilize many approaches from family systems along with EMDR and Parts Therapy.
The therapy process starts with an assessment to explore your history and therapeutic needs. As a therapist I love to educate and collaborate with you on goals or outcomes you would like to see.
I enjoy when clients get to experience clarity in their lives during the therapy process. Goals are individualized with the intent to experience relief from symptoms, improve interpersonal relationships, while feeling more confident and trusting in yourself.
