Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in spirituality and depth psychology. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing begins with self-love and unconditional acceptance — for yourself, not just others. I've seen how harsh self-judgment holds people back, so I bring a compassionate, non-critical presence to every session. I also believe strongly in building graceful boundaries and healthy self-care routines as the foundation for a fulfilling life. Whatever has brought you here — grief, a difficult relationship, trauma, or simply a desire to know yourself better — I'm here to walk alongside you without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in depth and spirituality, meaning I look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deeper layers of who you are. I meet clients where they are — no pressure, no rushed agenda. Together, we explore the past, present, and future: healing what's been painful, finding peace in the here and now, and building genuine excitement about what's ahead. I believe you have a unique purpose and reason for being here, and my role is to help you reconnect with your authentic self so you can live with more clarity, meaning, and ease.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other in a warm, unhurried space. You can expect me to listen deeply and without judgment as you share what's brought you to therapy — whether that's loss, a life transition, trauma, or something harder to name. I'll ask some gentle questions to understand your story and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. By the end of our first conversation, my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard and to leave with a sense that healing is not only possible — it's already underway.
