Great to meet you!

Jillian earned her Masters in Psychology to pursue a career in helping others navigate and overcome mental health issues and/or personal struggles. Her traineeship was in the LAUSD school system working with children & families. Upon completion of graduate school, she worked at several outpatient programs in LA, running groups and offering individual therapy for adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health issues and/or alcoholism/addiction.

My approach to therapy

Jillian uses Attachment theory as a foundation to get to the root of one's core wounds that may be holding them back from reaching their fullest potential. In 2018, she completed a 200-hr Ayurveda/Yoga training to incorporate a holistic and integrative approach with her clients. She uses a variety of techniques including mindfulness, breathwork, journaliing & art therapy to help unlock one's unconscious thoughts and behaviors so they may lead a healthier and more integrative life.

What you can expect from me

Jillian has maintained a private practice in the greater Los Angeles area working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families since 2012. She is passionate about working with people who are committed to creating change in their lives. Jillian helps her clients process and work through any outdated belief systems, thoughts, patterns and behaviors so they can take the necessary steps in order to implement effective and long-lasting change.
