I am an independent licensed mental health therapist and have worked in the counseling field since 2015. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office and online, in the schools, and outpatient settings with clients of all ages. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, parenting, life-changes, and trauma, among many others.

My approach includes a combination of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and interpersonal counseling.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe in meeting everyone where they are in their journey and tailoring treatment to meet their specific needs.
