Great to meet you!

If you're high-functioning on the outside but privately exhausted, stuck, or carrying more than you've let on, you're in the right place. I work with adults, many in the LGBTQIA+ community, navigating trauma, grief, relationship strain, and major life transitions. A lot of my clients come in saying, "I know what my patterns are. I just can't seem to change them." That's exactly where we start. Together, we'll get underneath what's keeping you stuck and build a path forward that actually fits your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct and structured, and I keep sessions purposeful. I ask pointed questions, offer real observations, and don't let things meander. I draw on Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, matching the approach to what fits you best. Whether we're working through trauma at a careful pace, untangling relationship patterns, or processing grief, the goal is insight you can actually use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

We'll cover what brought you here, what you've tried before, and what feels most urgent right now. I'll ask about your background, relationships, and day-to-day to build a clear picture. By the end, you'll know what we'd focus on and how sessions would run. Most people leave the first session feeling ready to start. Bring whatever's on your mind, including the parts you're not sure are "therapy material." They usually are.
