Great to meet you!

If you’re ready for therapy that is compassionate, practical, and goal-oriented, I would be honored to work with you. I specialize in working with adults, children, and adolescents who are ready for practical, meaningful change and want more than just a space to talk — they want tools that work.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 20 years, I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, substance abuse, bereavement, and trauma. While empathy and non-judgment are the foundation of good therapy, my work goes beyond listening. Many of my clients are adults looking for actionable strategies, coping skills, and clear direction. Together, we develop practical, effective tools designed specifically for your life and your current challenges.

My approach to therapy

What makes my approach unique is the emphasis on application. We don’t just talk about strategies — we actively apply them to real situations you’re facing. I work collaboratively with you to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and create forward movement. I also personally practice many of the skills I teach, giving me both professional and lived understanding of how these tools can make a difference.

While empowering you with reaching your treatment goals, I am also guided by the principle:What does my client need from me today?

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to walk away confident that I clearly understand why you’re seeking counseling and that we have a focused plan tailored to your needs.
