Great to meet you!

I have found a calling that allows me to bring my full self – head, heart, and soul – to my work.

I found this calling after a fulfilling career in social services. In addition to working as a teacher, program manager, policy advocate, and peer counselor, I have also married, raised a family, coached youth sports, and pursued mindful self-care, creativity, and personal growth.

I earned my Bachelor’s in English from Harvard and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute.

My approach to therapy

How often do you feel heard, understood, and accepted, just as you are?

My goal is to create a space for deep listening, where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted, not only by me, but also by yourself.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in deep empathy and respect. My style is flexible, informal, and guided by your preferences.

I consider it an honor to be invited into your life and to help you understand and accept yourself and discover your own capacity for change.
