Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing anxiety, relationship challenges, identity concerns, major life transitions, or the pressure of meeting everyone else's expectations while neglecting your own needs. You may feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity exploration, women's issues, life transitions, trauma, stress management, self-esteem challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking clarity, support, and practical tools to help them create meaningful change. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, identify strengths, process challenges, and build healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you gain confidence, strengthen resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients create meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and actionable strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity development, emotional regulation, life transitions, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, family dynamics, and personal growth. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, develop healthier boundaries, and build the confidence needed to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges while also recognizing your strengths and progress. Together, we'll establish meaningful goals and develop practical tools that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, stronger self-esteem, increased resilience, reduced anxiety, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel more capable of handling life's challenges and empowered to create lasting, positive change in your life.
