Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My professional background includes extensive work in substance use recovery, trauma, post incarceration syndrome (PICS), intimate partner violence, grief, anxiety, and depression. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from diverse backgrounds, including veterans, survivors of abuse, clients transitioning from incarceration, caregivers, and individuals navigating life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me offers a pathway to psychological, emotional, and whole-person healing, helping you create meaningful, lasting change. I support clients in exploring their stories, understanding patterns connected to past experiences, and developing practical strategies for growth. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered, blending evidence-based methods such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy with creative, individualized techniques. Together, we’ll focus not only on reducing symptoms, but on building resilience, self-understanding, and stronger relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to share your story, your challenges, and your hopes for change. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My priority is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and growth.
