Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, and I work with individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach is grounded in person-centered, existential, and gestalt therapy, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and integration. While many people come to therapy with insight into their patterns, I help bridge the gap between understanding and real change—supporting clients in actually shifting the emotional and behavioral cycles that keep them feeling stuck.

I have experience working with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and patterns rooted in early experiences. I also support clients who feel “on” all the time—driven, self-aware, and capable—but internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to fully relax into their lives.

My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, while also gently challenged to grow. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about developing the capacity to experience your life differently.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a Master’s degree in Social Work, and I’ve worked in both private practice and clinical leadership roles. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I integrate mind-body awareness, emotional processing, and present-moment work to support deeper transformation. I also incorporate a broader lens that considers how belief systems, identity, and internal narratives shape the way we experience reality.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can meet you with both empathy and depth, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in the present moment. I draw from person-centered, existential, and gestalt frameworks, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and integration.

I support clients in understanding not just why they feel or behave a certain way, but how those patterns show up in real time—and how to shift them. This often includes exploring emotions, beliefs, and relational dynamics, while also helping clients build the internal capacity to respond differently.

I integrate mind-body awareness and, when appropriate, grounding or mindfulness-based practices to support regulation and clarity. My goal is to create a space that feels both safe and engaging—where clients feel supported, but also gently challenged to grow and move forward in meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your current concerns, any relevant background or past therapy experiences, and what feels most important for us to focus on.

This session is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You’ll get a sense of how I work, and you’re welcome to ask any questions you may have about the process.

If it feels appropriate and you’re open to it, I may guide a brief grounding or mindfulness exercise to help you settle in, gather your thoughts, and get a feel for how we might work together in future sessions.

Overall, the first session is about building rapport, establishing clarity, and creating a foundation for the work ahead.
