Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you made it here. Taking the first step toward support can be difficult, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to seek help. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, you’re not alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family conflict , and life transitions. I’ve worked closely with adolescents and parents to support communication, emotional regulation, and healing within the family system, and I welcome clients from all walks of life into my practice.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy to create a safe space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
